The range of 100% Iberian acorn sausage Cinco Jotas (5J) comes from pigs reared extensively in the pastures of the Iberian Peninsula and fed with acorns during the “montanera” season. Cinco Jotas (5J) completely handcrafts all its products in Jabugo. It is characterized by having a powerful and fragrant aroma, with very defined brightness, and the soft taste of a true Five Jotas (5J).
The Iberian Reserva sausages of Jabugo, are original for their taste and great quality, coming from porks of the Denomination of Origin Ham of Huelva.
Elaborated in the Sierra de Huelva in unique microclimatic conditions, the Reserva products of Jabugo come from Iberian pigs raised in freedom and fattened, during the montanera, with acorns and pastures.
